Westerville North senior linebacker Marcus Raney announced his college choice on National Signing Day, February 4, 2009.
At a ceremony held at Westerville North High School, Raney accepted a scholarship offer and signed a National Letter of Intent to attend West Liberty State College and play for the Hilltoppers football program.
West Liberty is a perennial NCAA Division II football power located near Wheeling, WVa.
